About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Producer to join our Video Games and Technology team. The ideal candidate is passionate about game development and technology and will support our production team in delivering innovative gaming experiences. Youll work closely with diverse teams to ensure highquality output in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and completion of video game projects. Coordinate with various departments to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Communication Management: Facilitate clear and efficient communication between teams stakeholders and external partners to align project goals.
- Resource Allocation: Help organize and manage resources including scheduling and asset coordination to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance: Work with quality assurance teams to track and resolve issues ensuring the highest standards in game performance and user experience.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation to keep all team members informed and aligned.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Experience or internship in a production or project management role within the video game industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with game development pipelines and tools; knowledge of game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Communication & Teamwork:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management software (e.g. Jira Trello).
- Understanding of production schedules and the ability to handle tight deadlines.
- Passion for video games and an understanding of gaming culture and trends.
