Job Title: Customer Education & Community Manager
Location: LATAM
Job Type: Fulltime
Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Education & Community Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can create engaging educational content manage our online community and distribute valuable learning resources across multiple platforms. You ll be responsible for supporting our customers in their learning journey while fostering community engagement across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Creation: Develop educational assets such as shortform videos onepagers and other content to support customer education and community engagement.
Community Management: Oversee and nurture the online community driving proactive sharing and monitoring engagement across various platforms.
Content Distribution: Create and distribute educational content across the website and other relevant channels to ensure customers can easily access learning materials.
Platform Management: Manage educational resources across Zendesk (help center) Circle (community) and Work Ramp (academy) to provide a cohesive learning experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align educational content with customer needs and product updates.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in creating educational content including videos and written materials.
Strong community management skills including proactive engagement and monitoring.
Proficiency in video creation tools and other content distribution platforms.
Understanding of customer learning principles and educational best practices.
Familiarity with Zendesk Circle and Work Ramp is a plus but not required.
Desirable Attributes:
Creative and proactive mindset with a strong ability to think outside the box.
Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
