Job Description
Reporting to the Manager Procurement you will actively contribute to a highperforming team facilitating and coordinating a range of critical tasks and projects in support of the Finance Technology & Operations area.
Working productively and efficiently collaborating closely with other Focus & Enabler areas and Corporate Services as part of our matrix structure across and championing our One Minderoo Culture. Focusing where applicable on partners stakeholders and beneficiaries to execute a content strategy aligned with Minderoos strategic goals.
As the Coordinator Procurement you will be responsible for performing the daytoday procurement function for Minderoo
Qualifications :
About You
The ideal candidate will
- Perform due diligence reviews at partner and supplier onboarding stages perspectives of modern slavery and climate change.
- Review purchase orders from a Financial Control perspective
- Maintain key internal procurement documents including but not limited to procurement guidelines new supplier and partner onboarding documentation and purchase order terms and conditions.
- Monitor Minderoos document storage for general supplier contracts including any variations/ renewals.
- Maintain preferred supplier and partner lists
- Regular collaboration with key internal teams including Partnerships IT People and Culture Strategy and Operations teams
- Develop and maintain current procurement training materials and facilitate training to Minderoo staff
- Provide data analytics and dashboards to stakeholders across the following areas: supplier partner domestic international indigenous gender
- Support Procurement Manager in monitoring suppliers performance including but not limited to 360 feedback supplier scorecards and KPls.
- Support Procurement Manager during contract negotiation and agreement of terms
