This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM EST with 1hour unpaid break 7 hours per day/35 hours per week)
Primary Responsibilities:
Communication Board Monitoring & Followup
- Review the Barbara Kares Communication Board daily.
- Contact listed Caregiver Client or Case manager on the board to confirm whether assigned tasks have been completed.
- Document the status of all unresolved or pending issues.
- Notify upper management when boards are fully addressed and ready for approval/clearing.
Caryfy Dashboard Review
- Monitor and review caregiver input and interactions in the Caryfy dashboard.
- Identify any issues concerns or patterns requiring attention.
- Assign issues to the appropriate employee by logging them on the correct section of the Communication Board.
RingCentral Call Review
- Review incoming and outgoing calls made through RingCentral.
- Track and verify calls related to caregiver outreach client communication and any internal matters.
- Ensure followups are completed and escalate unresolved matters.
Reporting & Analysis
- Create daily and weekly reports based on:
Communication Board activity and resolution progress.
Caregiver issues flagged in Caryfy.
Marketing outreach or communication patterns.
Any additional areas where calls or communication data are needed for insight. - Share reports with management and key department leads as needed.
Requirements
- Strong communication and followup skills.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple moving parts.
- Experience with platforms like Caryfy and RingCentral (preferred but not required; training provided.
- Detailoriented proactive and accountable.
- Comfortable reaching out to staff professionally and documenting updates in realtime.
