Job Description

Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Summit NJ 07901
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Job Title: Project Coordinator Sales Systems

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the Sales Systems business operations at Kenvue. The ideal candidate will manage system mappings support the SAP and Trade Platform project teams and ensure efficient data flow and communication across internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain mappings between the internal SAP system and U.S. Sales Systems:

    • OPIS: Pricing and mapping information for internal/external partners

    • EDGE: Item customer territory and user security mapping

    • Lynx: User support

  • Serve as a core team member on the US SAP and Trade Platform project

  • Ensure end-to-end data flow between SAP and Sales Systems is efficient and accurate

  • Monitor and execute daily monthly quarterly and annual project activities

  • Define and document system interfaces and mapping requirements

  • Conduct system testing manage issue remediation and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Create and distribute internal communications related to project tasks and statuses

  • Support mapping updates across pricing customer and item databases

  • Respond promptly to field inquiries and provide clear ongoing status updates

  • Work cross-functionally with IT and Sales teams to develop Excel-based trade solutions and system interfaces

  • Identify and resolve process inefficiencies through root cause analysis

  • Ensure all actions comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer development business analytics or enterprise-level projects

  • Prior experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced matrixed and evolving environment

  • Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to influence decisions across various organizational levels without direct authority

  • Proficiency in delivering data-driven presentations and business proposals

  • Skilled in planning execution and delivery of strategic business initiatives

  • Ability to identify risks prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite databases and web applications
