The team is a dynamic team that specializes in producing impactful and engaging events that improve Grabs brand and with key stakeholders. We are experts in event logistics and technical production and are committed to delivering seamless and costeffective event experiences.
Get to Know the Role
As an Event Associate you will help ensure production improve technical details and improve cost efficiency across all Grab events. This position is ideal for someone for production quality project management skills and an understanding of event logistics. You will be responsible for refining processes managing technical production and ensuring that every event is delivered with maximum efficiency.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Creative Concept Development Brainstorm and design event concepts that align with Grabs brand and goals.
- Budget Calculation & Cost Efficiency Plan and manage event budgets ensuring maximum impact while optimizing costs.
- Event Technicalities Oversee production elements including AV staging lighting and overall technical .
- OnSite Operations Ensure smooth event by coordinating logistics troubleshooting issues and managing vendors.
- PostEvent Analysis Evaluate event performance gather insights and recommend improvements for future events.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Experience in project management from planning to and evaluation.
- Solid budget management skills with the ability to calculate costs allocate budgets and maximize cost savings.
- Experience with event technicalities.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills with record of experience in negotiating
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken
