JOB TITLE: Head Of Banking Operations/Administration
LOCATION: Lagos State
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Fulltime Onsite
SALARY BUDGET: 6 Million Per Annum Net annually (Not open for negotiation)
EXPERIENCE LENGTH: At least 5 years
SUMMARY
The Head of Banking Operations/Administration will oversee the daytoday operational activities of the bank ensuring efficient service delivery regulatory compliance and process optimization.
This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a branch team of 10 15 members drive operational efficiency and support the bank s overall strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily banking operations including account management transaction processing and customer service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines internal policies and industry best practices.
- Implement and enhance operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Manage branch administrative functions ensuring optimal allocation of resources and staff productivity.
- Supervise cash management reconciliation processes and financial reporting.
- Drive operational risk management initiatives and implement internal control measures.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline banking operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of a first degree in Banking Finance Business Administration or a related field.
- At least five 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably within a Microfinance Bank (MFB) or the finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks financial policies and banking operations.
- Proven leadership ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Age limit: Not more than 45 years old.
