Job Type: Internship (Paid Onsite)
Location: Main GT Road Near Phase 2 Gate 1 Islamabad (PSO Petrol Pump)
Timings: 2 PM 11 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
We are looking for a HR Recruiter Intern who is passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who has completed their BBA/MBA in HR and is not currently studying. If you re eager to gain handson experience in HR Hiring Candidate sourcing and interview coordination this opportunity could lead to a fulltime role at VASL!
What You ll Be Doing:
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:
Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates from various platforms (LinkedIn job boards internal databases).
Help in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Support in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
HR Operations & Candidate Experience:
Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Help improve candidate engagement by ensuring smooth communication.
Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on job platforms.
What We re Looking For:
BBA/MBA in HR (completed) not currently studying.
Passion for recruitment talent acquisition and HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn job portals and applicant tracking systems (a plus!.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
