- Act as thirdlevel support for issues with Live Casino Product.
- Assist and coordinate other teams in Playtech to understand and resolve problems with our service including the creation of defects in JIRA.
- Monitor the service using Grafana/ VictoriaMetrics tools to make sure its healthy.
- Investigate issues in other Playtech products that could affect the Live service and work with other teams to resolve them.
- Support Live DevOps function and use your scripting skills to create new tools.
- Participate in oncall rotation (for additional compensation).
Qualifications :

- Posses previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer System Administrator DevOps Engineer QA Engineer or similar role.
- Are experienced with Linux.
- Have some knowledge in scripting languages (Bash/Python/Perl) which will help you to automate repetitive tasks.
- Have knowledge of networks (TCP/IP DNS DHCP NAT subnetting etc..
- Have excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- Learn as you go think out of the box and seek ways to make processes smoother.
- Are punctual attentive to details and able to work under pressure.

- Previous experience with Kafka.
- Having knowledge of Cloud systems.
- Having higher education in the field of IT (or related or in progress).
