Job Description
Join CIMAs Structural Building team and work on our projects located in Montreal area but also accross the province of Quebec. As a drafter youll work on various regional and provincial projects of all sizes in the residential commercial and institutional sectors.

We offer a flexible hybrid work model enabling you to work from home and from one of our office (Montreal Laval or Longueuil).
Primary Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and preparation of plans and specifications for structural building
- Design models and plans using Revit and AutoCAD software
- Monitor the preparation and quality of plans
- Participate in coordination with other disciplines (architecture electricity mechanic etc.
- Perform site surveys and drawing
- Conduct site visits to collect data.
Qualifications :
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in building drafting or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in structure
- A minimum of five years relevant experience
- Relevant drafting experience on structural building projects
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- ASP Construction card
- Valid drivers license
