We specialize in selling refurbished laptops on platforms like Amazon leveraging Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team and drive our online sales strategy.
Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Oversee and manage our presence on ecommerce platforms primarily Amazon to ensure optimal performance and growth.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels ensuring that products are in stock and available for sale. Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to maintain inventory flow.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase traffic conversion rates and overall sales on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms.
Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings including titles descriptions images and keywords to enhance visibility and attract potential customers.
Advertising and Promotions: Plan and execute advertising campaigns and promotions on ecommerce platforms to drive sales and improve brand visibility.
Customer Service: Monitor customer feedback and reviews addressing any issues promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data market trends and customer behavior to generate actionable insights and reports. Use this data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Compliance: Ensure that all product listings and sales practices comply with platform policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Ecommerce or a related field.
Experience: At least 24 years of experience in managing ecommerce platforms with a proven track record of driving sales and growth. Experience with Amazon FBA is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and platform algorithms.
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools such as Excel Google Analytics and ecommerce platform analytics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
