Composite Fabrication Specialist Entry-level or Associate Variable Shift

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Composite Fabrication Specialist (Entrylevel or Associate) to support the Composite Fabrication Team based in West Jordan Utah.

Shift preference is granted to teammates based on their seniority. It is important to note that these positions may require a 2nd shift schedule based on the businesss needs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs composite layup fabrication and assembly tasks
• Composite bagging and forming
• Composite drilling and bonding
• Tooling preparation
• Machine set up and operation
• Overhead crane operation

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 months of experience in manufacturing
• Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing bending kneeling and lifting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 1 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement Standard Work and 5S tools)
• Experience managing or working with safety quality and manufacturing performance data
