Contribute to our sourcing strategies support the candidate screening process and learn how to work with crossfunctional teams. The start date is June 16 2025 and the schedule for this internship is Monday Friday from 8 am 5 pm. This position is based in Shafter CA with possible travel to Los Angeles. You will report to the Associate Recruiter CSR.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews (virtual and inperson) for recruiters and hiring managers as needed
- Open new requisitions and enter candidates into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Review and disposition applicants in ATS
- Collect new hire preonboarding documents and reference checks
- Post job openings on the recruiters boards
- Update and edit job postings on career sites
- Ensure consistent messaging to candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Some local and/or day travel to attend careerrelated events
- Work assignments across career center teams
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age and a Wonderful Scholar active and eligible for college success scholarship
- Must submit a resume reference letter and cover letter with your application
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Selfdirected and able to work autonomously
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Live scan clearance
Pay: $18.50/Hour
