Job Description
A growingfurniture ecommerce company in Miami FL is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations optimize infrastructure and drive sustainable growth. The COO will oversee all aspects of business operations ensuring efficiency scalability and seamless across multiple ecommerce channels including Walmart Wayfair and Amazon.
Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and support growth.
Team Management: Oversee and mentor department leads fostering a highperformance culture.
Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth daytoday operations proactively resolving challenges to maintain business continuity.
ECommerce Optimization: Manage marketplace operations across Walmart Wayfair Amazon and other key platforms to ensure peak performance.
Supply Chain & Vendor Relations: Optimize supply chain workflows manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement and fulfillment.
Performance & Process Improvement: Establish KPIs analyze operational data and implement process improvements to drive productivity.
Technology & Infrastructure: Leverage technology to streamline operations and support company expansion.
Executive Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to align operational initiatives with overall business objectives.
Ideal Qualifications:
5 years of senior operations leadership experience preferably in ecommerce logistics or retail.
Strong background in marketplace management (Amazon Walmart Wayfair etc..
Expertise in scaling operations optimizing workflows and managing P&L.
Proven ability to lead teams drive efficiencies and execute growth strategies.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
Experience in supply chain management fulfillment and vendor negotiations.
Highly adaptable resultsoriented and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
