- Clinical Records Retrieval and Organization

- Work in collaboration with all clinic staff to ensure clinical records are gathered and organized before the patient is seen by our service.
- Build positive and friendly relationships with referring veterinary offices.
- Generate a high volume of outgoing calls to veterinary offices for records.
- Demonstrate ahighlevelunderstanding ofveterinary oncology/clinical diagnosticsand can communicate in an effective way toveterinary offices and/or pet owners.
- Inputaccuratenotes and data entry into multiple technology platforms.
- Take payments and sends invoices to clients and any other financial needs that arerequired dealing with insurance/Care Credit
- 25 years of prior veterinary experience preferably in a medical or radiation oncology service
