Monday to Friday 8 AM 5 PM EST Saturdays midday flexible/discussable)
$1800 $2500 USD/month DOE (Fixed Salary)

Our clients count on us for fast reliable and personalized service whether its for construction debris demolition cleanup residential waste or s metal recycling.
About the Role
We re looking for a motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our remote team. You ll be handling highvolume inbound calls and working closely with potential and existing customers to provide information resolve issues and close sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment communicates clearly and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
What You ll Be Doing
- Answer and manage 100 inbound calls per day (shared with the team)
- Handle inquiries related to dumpster rentals s metal quotes and existing customer accounts
- Provide pricing information clearly and accurately
- Identify customer needs and offer the best solution or service
- Close incoming sales leads and follow up on quotes to maximize conversions
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department when necessary
- Update client information in the system accurately
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales and service goals
- Maintain a professional and helpful tone in every customer interaction
What We re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong phone communication skills and a customerfirst attitude
- A proactive and organized approach to multitasking
- Fluent English speaker (C1 level or above)
- Techsavvy and comfortable using CRM tools and call systems
- Reliable punctual and eager to contribute to a teamoriented environment
