About the position:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Product Management to own the strategy development and of all integrations into WXP. This includes leveraging native HP integrations as well as third party integrations with tools commonly leveraged in existing enterprise workflows. In this critical role you will be responsible for defining and leading the vision for a robust developer ecosystem and driving innovation to create seamless userfriendly integration experiences for our customers. You will work crossfunctionally with engineering marketing sales and customer success teams to ensure that integrations are delivering value and creating differentiation for our product. You will lead a strong experienced team of senior leaders modeling the HP Way practices of leadership to build a culture of purpose and integrity ambition and agility customerfirst approach and a growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and of a comprehensive integrations strategy that aligns with company goals and provides customers with the most valuable integration capabilities.
Own and expand the integration strategy within the platform ensuring that we create a highly flexible scalable and developerfriendly ecosystem.
Build and nurture a strong developer ecosystem around our platforms integrations providing developers with the tools resources and support they need to create and maintain integrations.
Build a scalable API framework for integration
Develop and execute the longterm product strategy for all integrations including defining the E2E experience identifying new product features and ensuring alignment with company goals for growth and retention.
Define and improve the endtoend integration experience for both customers and partners ensuring that integrations are easy to implement reliable and highperformance.
Partner with GotoMarket teams to drive alignment on product offerings and ensure smooth of product initiatives. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure product features are clearly communicated and support overall gotomarket strategies.
Manage a team of senior leaders mentor and grow a team of product professionals. Provide guidance and foster a collaborative team culture focused on highimpact results and professional development.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Integrations strategy.
Cultivate relationships with strategic thirdparty partners to expand integration opportunities and drive mutual value.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Engineering Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
10 years of professional experience ideally at a B2B SaaS company with a proven track record of building and scaling successful integration strategies and ecosystems.
10 years of product management experience at high growth software companies
Proven experience managing and growing a product team with strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
Datadriven decision maker with experience in using analytics to inform product development and assess feature performance.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a product team and fostering a collaborative resultsoriented culture.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions. Capable of influencing both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Familiarity with APIs webhooks connectors and other integration technologies.
Experience working with partner ecosystems and managing strategic thirdparty relationships.

The base pay range for this role is $164350 to $246600 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
