Reward Manager Business Partnering

Join our client as a Reward Manager where youll have the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives within the Reward function across multiple countries. This role is pivotal in attracting and retaining top talent offering you the chance to make a substantial impact on the organizations success. With a focus on professional growth youll work in a dynamic environment that values innovation leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives as per the annual Reward calendar
  • Designing Total Reward Statements
  • Develop and maintain Reward policies aligned with market best practices
  • Conduct reward benchmarking and participate in industry surveys to ensure competitive offerings
  • Analyze reward data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with People Partners to ensure equity in job evaluations
  • Manage the annual salary review process and compliance with legal requirements
  • Oversee global regional and local reward programs including incentive and retirement plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Finance or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Reward professional role
  • Experience in a global organization or working in African countries
  • Familiarity with reward benchmarking surveys and methodologies
