Analyst Program IBusiness Analyst Program Project Management
The Fiserv Business Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assessments within one specific track over a 22.5year period. Each assignment will build on the other and provide a breadth of experience within Fintech!
What does a successful Business AnalystProject Management do
We are looking for proactive analysts to join our team! This track within the Business Analyst Program will give you the opportunity in testing validating and certifying of client based point of sale solutions. Also supporting and maintaining process related functions in support of client testing and validation.
What you will do:
Learn and support in house application management which include support maintenance and upkeep with corporate security and audit policies and controls.
Assist with the creation maintenance and deployment of data analytics department dashboards and analytics for project and resource management. Opportunities to learn how and develop process changes enhancements and develop strategies related to data collection.
Learn about the client certification process specifically tools and functions utilized. This knowledge will be translated into learning deploying and implement in house built bots to improve usage of tools and workflow strategies.
Provide outside perspective on existing process and strategies to assist with client engagement improved experience for resources and clients and reduce time and effort for an enhanced project experience.
What you will need to have:
Recent graduate of a bachelors degree program completed in December 2023 or after with a major in Information Technology Project Management Business Management or Operations
You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

02 years of professional work experience
What would be great to have:
Familiarity with HTML/CSS;PowerBi;SQL;JSON;AWS
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in Excel and PowerPoint and have a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly
