What Youll Do
- EndtoEnd Recruitment: Source screen and shortlist top talent for sales and other roles.
- Candidate Engagement: Drive outreach and build strong talent pipelines through job portals LinkedIn and referrals.
- Interview Coordination: Manage scheduling followups and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Market Research: Stay updated on hiring trends and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Data Management: Maintain hiring reports and track key recruitment metrics.
What Were Looking For
- Passion for recruitment and an interest in understanding people.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Proactive targetdriven mindsetsomeone who takes ownership.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition (internship or freelance) is a plus.
