Job Description
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist youll play a key role in building the future of Voyage Privs teams. Youll be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience directly impacting our ability to attract and retain A players.
Youll Be:
- Building strong pipelines for digital talent.
- Crafting a seamless and engaging candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business goals.
- Constantly improving our hiring process using data-driven insights and market trends.

Your Missions
- Define Objectives & Drive Results: Partner with business leads to understand hiring needs establish priorities and create sourcing strategies for digital roles.
- Deliver Outstanding Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth communication and advocate for candidates throughout their journey with us. Collaborate with HR to refine and optimize onboarding processes.
- Build & Manage Talent Pipelines: Leverage sourcing tools and innovative techniques to proactively engage top talent. Maintain relationships with candidates for current and future needs.
- Leverage Data to Optimize Recruitment: Use KPIs to evaluate sourcing success and hiring processes. Continuously refine strategies for efficiency and impact.

- You have 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on sourcing for digital roles.
- Youre passionate about identifying exceptional talent and building great teams.
- Youve successfully managed complex hiring pipelines and enjoy optimizing processes for results.
- Youre fluent in French and English and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Youre detail-oriented proactive and collaborative ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values.
