What youll do
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate people to empower adults with learning disabilities to live gloriously ordinary lives in their own homes. As a support worker you will help create a supportive environment through a personcentred approach enabling people to feel safe and live independently. You will encourage them to take control of their own lives express their preferences and make their own choices.

What youll need
Youll need to be caring and compassionate and a good listener. Experience working with learning disabilities and autism is desirable. However were more interested in your compassion and ability to care. Youll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a closeknit team.
