Inviting applications for the role of PD Order to Cash

In seek of someone with deep understanding and ability to perform daytoday operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer
Responsibilities
- Dealing with inbound calls from internal and external customers
- Issuing copy credit notes and copy invoices
- Raise credit notes for various queries (carriage charges returns overcharge commercial decision..
- Responsible for all Database request and online business account applications
- Dealing with Card Orders ensure the genuine card holder is charged for the order.
- Authorizing credit limits on new store and SBU accounts following defined process using credit reference bureau information and information from other external sources
- Dynamically reviewing existing accounts to ensure all new orders can be released efficiently and without delay
- Responsible for processing refunds
- Collaborate closely with the sales customer operations and credit control teams as vital
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce (B)
- Meaningful Experience

- Strong interpersonal skills
