This person will show a genuine interest in what he/she does and is ready to make a difference in the lives of others!
British Swim School teaches survivalfirst swim techniques to help students of all ages stay safe in the water.
As a Deck Ambassador youll ensure a welcoming safe and organized pool deck experience. Youll assist with class coordination customer service and pool facility management.
- Greet and interact with families and provide swim class information.
- Ensure smooth class transitions and checkin process.
- Support swim instructors with equipment and pool deck organization.
- Assist with social media posts and online curation.
- Monitor safety protocols and assist in emergencies.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong customerservice orientation; flexible and responsive to customer needs.
- Comfortable working and walking in a hot and humid pool environment.
- Willingness to work early evening hours MondayThursday 3:308:30pm) and some Fridays and weekends 45 hours) as needed.

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities most of our students are preschool and elementaryaged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. Its helpful if you have experience with children or in a childfocused job but its not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team even if youre not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Wherever you are the aim is to make everyone feel like part of the British Swim School Family as we focus on ensuring the Survival of the Littlest.
