Job Describtion
SALES & MARKETING (Level of Responsibility and Time & Effort spent) Up keep and liaise with guest inquiring on the online venue booking portal Liaise with the marketing team and keep the website uploaded with recent images every quarter Share live images and VVIP events with great set ups with the marketing team Participate in the weekly Sales meetings with smart tactics in the action plan Ensure Sales calls are done personally for Social OR Corporate clients Weekly / Monthly Thorough product knowledge and also USPs of the property to close leads and deals Ensure to be active in social media pages Post & Promote the organizational posts Use paid Ads and other marketing tools to the maximum during the low and slow periods 4. GUEST SATISFACTION AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (Level of Responsibility and Time & Effort spent 5 Anticipate guest birthday and special occasion and create a rapport throughout the year Ensure resolution exceeds expectations with quick action rectification and instant service recoveries Anticipate and address guest issues and establish proactive processes to promote guest satisfaction Maintain high visibility in the guest area make personal contact with guests and assists them with any request or suggestions Ensure timely preparedness with set up and service for food tasting meeting Develop and maintain relationships with event Management companies and regular clients Take timely feedbacks from guests and share internally for improvements 5. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT (Level of Responsibility and Time & Effort spent 5 Use SOP Manual as a base for all procedures and process training Maintain cordial relations with all internal team members Encourage and participate all team building activities and competitions Attend Sales Training programmes and webinars to enhance selling skills and techniques
