The Opportunity
Were looking for a Technical Administrator to join our VISY Board National Technical team based at Yatala. This role is vital in supporting our technical team with administration compliance and reporting ensuring smooth operations and adherence to industry standards.
What Youll Be Doing
- Providing administrative support across technical and compliance functions including reporting data entry and document control.
- Providing internal support related to sustainability quality and product information requests from the marketplace.
- Preparing and distributing routine technical reports analysing data and maintaining records.
- Supporting process improvements identifying efficiencies and ensuring best practices.
What Youll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or technical support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook Teams).
- Experience in data analysis reporting and maintaining business systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus Skills (Desirable but not essential)
- Familiarity with sustainability metrics and reporting.
- Background in manufacturing FMCG or packaging industries.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 HACCP or other industry standards
- Knowledge of compliance quality assurance or regulatory requirements.
