Description
- Up to $18/hour
- Monday Friday 8:30am 3:30pm
- Fulltime benefits eligible role
- Provide direct care and assist assigned individuals with accessing the community and increasing independence with communication socialization and daily living skills
- Implement individuals care plans and provide ongoing feedback regarding additional or changing care plan needs to childs supervisor or Day Hab Supervisor
- Required to become certified for medication administration seizures and gtube feedings as well as other specialized trainings as identified
- Assure timely and accurate documentation
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass criminal and child abuse background checks
- Must be willing to provide transportation as a ChildServe authorized driver. This includes passing a motor vehicle record check and car safety check and able to provide a valid drivers license and insurance
- Must be willing to obtain your chauffeurs license in order to drive ChildServe vehicles.
- Good oral and written communication skills and have the ability to accurately document all observations significant events and services provided.
- Education: High school diploma preferred
- Experience: Experience working with or knowledge of children with special health care needs preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in reading writing and speaking the English language
