ITSM Process Owner Asset & Configuration Management (m/f/d)

You can look forward to these tasks:
- Process Ownership & Governance: You will manage the full lifecycle of IT Asset Management and Configuration Management which each make up about 50 of the role. Your responsibilities include evaluating process maturity to identify areas for continuous enhancement and generating value added action plans
- Process Design & Optimization: You develop and optimize the processes in collaboration with IT teams identify automation opportunities and create a strategic roadmap for process improvements
- & Performance Monitoring: You will define and track KPIs & CSFs run audits and implement improvements to make the processes more effective and efficient
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: You will be the main contact between IT business teams and external vendors. Your role is to ensure alignment between business goals and the processes and facilitate crossfunctional collaboration
- ITSM Tooling & Automation: You will improve the ITSM tools by adding automation and AI solutions. By reviewing demand pipelines prioritizing enhancements and championing best practices you will drive efficiency and adoption
- Training & Knowledge Management: You will train IT teams on the processes provide guidance and promote the use of ITSM tools to enhance user adoption and optimize processes
Your Profile:
- Education: Bachelors degree in IT Information Management or a related discipline
- Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher) certification is required
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in IT Service Management with expertise in Asset & Configuration Management
- Methodologies: Strong background in ITSM process development and Agile frameworks
- Technical Knowledge: Extensive understanding of ITSM tools (e.g. Freshservice) CMDB structures (e.g. Cloud Datacenters and Network Infrastructure) IT Asset Management (ITAM) and automation technologies
