Job Description
Title: Process Engineer
Location: Chaska MN
Duration: Long term contract
Keywords: Development and characterization of processes on equipment in the R&D and manufacturing semiconductor fab/lab. Semiconductor Process Development.
Job Description:
Experience with developing a process using Chemical/gas Various forms used in semiconductor application.
To work on semiconductor process areas like physical Vapor deposition/ etch technology development for advance logic device fabrication which includes chemical gas process.
Qualification: Preference in masters or Degree in Materials Science & Engineering Chemical Engineering Chemistry Physics Electrical Engineering or a related field of semiconductor process development.
- 2 years semiconductor process experience; vacuum plasma photolithography or high energy ion-beam related technologies preferred
- Prefer background in process characterization and data analysis
- Expertise in surface analysis and thin film metrology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work in teams as well as individually
- Some travel to Internal factories for development training or other activities is required (travel < 25%)
