As a Data Center Technician at Kaseya youll play a key role in keeping our infrastructure running smoothly. Youll work handson with cuttingedge technology collaborate with a skilled team and ensure our systems remain reliable and efficient. If you enjoy problemsolving working in a fastpaced environment and taking ownership of technical tasks wed love to hear from you.
What Youll Do:
Serve as the local point of contact between Kaseya and data center staff.
Conduct daily inspections to ensure equipment is operating at full capacity.
Install configure and maintain infrastructure including servers storage networking and software.
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues replacing components as needed (RAM PSUs Hard Drives etc..
Maintain and update the reference rack schedule for deployments.
Coordinate hardware logistics including shipping receiving and tracking.
Oversee inventory management and ensure critical spare parts are available.
Install fiber and copper cabling.
Supervise contractors and service providers in Kaseyas data center spaces.
Participate in the oncall rotation for emergency response (some evening or weekend work may be required).
What Were Looking For:
Ateam playerwho works well in a collaborative fastpaced environment.
Strongproblemsolvingskills with a detailoriented approach.
Excellentcommunication skills capable of interacting effectively with employees and customers.
Experience withcomputer hardware troubleshooting configuration and repair.
23 years of experience as aData Center Technicianor a similar technical role.
Minimum of2 years managing logistics(inventory shipping/receiving asset tracking).
AnAssociates or Bachelors degree in ITor equivalent handson experience.
Experience withshipping logisticsor priordata centerwork is a plus.
Military training ortechnical certifications (CompTIA etc.are beneficial.
Bonus:
Experience working withUbuntu/Debian Linux.
Certifications such asCompTIA Linux Network or equivalent.
