Whats this role about

Were looking for a dynamic Facilitator to create and deliver customized training programs to support our revenuefacing teams. Reporting to the Manager Revenue Enablement youll be responsible for owning and running onboarding and internal training programs delivering impactful training and supporting the growth of our GoToMarket team members. Training will be outcomeoriented highly interactive and focused on practical application.

What will I be doing

  • Leverage your product knowledge to develop and deliver engaging training sessions and course content that enhance the transfer and retention of product knowledge and sales competency.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and roll out new initiatives.
  • Identify learning objectives and ensure the training delivers quantifiable outcomes for learners
  • Keep training welldocumented and structured to ensure longterm success.

What are we looking for

  • Proven experience designing developing and delivering training programs
  • Experience facilitating training in a sales/gotomarket environment
  • Familiarity with creating/maintaining process documentation
  • An AI driven approach to content development
  • Collaborative mindset towards program development and implementation
  • Strong communicator able to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and outcomedriven with the ability to meet project milestones and deadlines while managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Background experience in Sales and/or Success

Bonus Points

  • Working knowledge of Litmos Salesforce Lucidchart GSuite Salesloft Recapped Confluence
  • Experience working in a SaaS organization

Compensation Details:

At Auvik our compensation philosophy is to be market competitive reward performance reflect our commitment to equity and maintain transparency with our employees. We have defined job levels and compensation ranges for each of our markets we employ based on research from various sources of market data which are reviewed on a regular basis.

The hiring range for this position is listed below. Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including jobrelated skills knowledge and experience. These factors may cause your compensation to vary within the range outlined below.

In addition to cash compensation all fulltime employees are granted stock options to share in Auviks future successes. Salary Range:
$73000$94500 CAD
