Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Own and manage teams across multiple subjects
a. Support the SS & English subject teams in servicing schools requirements with highquality papers in a timely manner
b. Manage daytoday operations and liaise with schools and our schoolfacing teams to ensure high alignment with our schools requirements
c. Build processes & systems leveraging technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Graduate/postgraduate in Social Sciences/ English/ Education/ Development or a related field with a proven track record of implementing rigorous qualitative research studies and some understanding of implementing a largescale quantitative study
2. 710 years of experience in the education or development sector.
3. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating projects with diverse stakeholders.
Required Skills
1. Strong grasp of education instruction and qualitative assessments.
2. Deep understanding of SS and English concepts in Class 310 from a pedagogical lens.
3. Attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate technical details with individuals from diverse backgrounds effectively.
4. Strong analytical and criticalthinking skills as well as a problemsolving attitude.
