The position will include overseeing a team of BDC associates who will handle incoming phone calls/internet leads and contact existing customers to increase customer appointments and sales opportunities. Candidates must be honest self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on the highest customer service standards.

Responsibilities
Hiring training motivating counseling and monitoring the performance of the BDC department
Assisting individual BCD associates in setting monthly sales goals
Tracking all customers to ensure prompt response time and monitoring follow-up within the CRM
Ensure that all BDC associates meet or exceed all activity standards for phone calls and appointments.
Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates sales teams and dealership management
Handling incoming internet leads and setting appointments
Stay up-to-date on manufacturer training
Provide monthly performance and activity reporting
Qualifications
2 years of Automotive BDC Management experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays Holidays and evenings
Strong appointment setting objection handling skills and closing skills
Proven leadership and the ability to develop and motivate a team
CRM experience a plus
Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening drug test and Motor Vehicle Record check
Must have a valid drivers license
