About the role

We are very excited to be working with a growing Wind Technology company backed by Lowercarbon Capital Wyoming VC and Bill Gatess Breakthrough Energy Ventures whos mission is to make wind power more affordable and expand its adoption globally. They have already seen success in this approach and are looking to grow their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct design analysis for fabrication-ready projects.

Secure necessary permits and regulatory approvals.

Manage supplier relationships for large-scale wind energy projects.

Guide team members through the project lifecycle.

Oversee project performance metrics including schedule and cost management.

Lead system testing and commissioning for 3 MW systems.

Develop operations and maintenance plans for long-term reliability.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Renewable Energy or related field.

10-15 years of experience in wind energy project development or site management.

Preferred background in Wind Solar or BESS.

Located or willing to relocate near Laramie Wyoming.

Knowledge of EPC processes and regulatory requirements.

Innovative mindset with a willingness to embrace new technologies.
