Your new role why is this a great opportunity
As the focal point for our entire GBS organization on AI development matters you will collaborate with Corporate IT Digital Excellence and the entire GBS Krakow team. You will be responsible for enhancing the implementation of AI Assistants designing strategic training initiatives and cultivating an AIoriented atmosphere within a highly regulated setting.
In this role you will act as a technology expert change liaison and development leader creating and exploring opportunities for service improvements alongside process leads. Your future team
Youll be joining a team of professional experts who are highly creative and motivated by AI and innovative solutions. We collaborate to reach shared goals and engage in strategic projects that enhance continuous improvement and excellence in our processes.
What you bring to the team
- Indepth understanding of the current and future AI landscape including emerging trends and technologies and their application in improving GBS processes.
- Solid project management experience allowing for the simultaneous oversight of diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Lean/SixSigma and Design Thinking methodologies
- Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Effective communication skills (Polish & English).
- Analytical thinking and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering practical AI solutions.
- Ability to work with minimal guidance and keen to determine information needed to resolve complex issues.
