Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Intune/Endpoint Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management with a proven track record in managing AutoPilot deployments App deployment MDM policies compliance policies and configuration policies. As part of the role you will drive the vision roadmap and implementation of Intune while also leading the migration from traditional Active Directory Hybrid Joined devices to Entra IDjoined devices.
This position requires strong technical leadership excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with various business and IT teams to align solutions with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Intune Roadmap & Vision:
oDefine implement and maintain the Intune roadmap and vision in alignment with company goals.
oLead strategic discussions on the future direction of Intune and endpoint management solutions.
Device Management & Migration:
oEnsure seamless transition and provide troubleshooting support during migration.
oOptimize device lifecycle management including enrolment configuration security and compliance.
oOversee and execute the migration of devices from traditional Active Directory Hybrid Join to Entra ID Join.
Apps and Patching
oEnsure seamless deployment of Apps across the platforms and their lifecycle management.
oSoftware / Microsoft patching on devices with maximum compliancy level.
MDM Policies & Configuration Management:
oCreate implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies across the organization.
oDevelop and enforce compliance policies to meet regulatory standards.
oManage configuration profiles for applications security and network settings on devices.
Policy Management & Troubleshooting:
oImplement and manage security policies such as device encryption app management and conditional access.
oTroubleshoot issues related to policy enforcement and device compliance ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Leadership & Team Collaboration:
oLead and mentor a team of Intune administrators and endpoint management specialists.
oCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Reporting & Presentations:
oPrepare and deliver presentations to senior management regarding the status of endpoint management security posture and roadmap initiatives.
oProvide regular reports on device compliance policy deployment and other key metrics.
Continuous Improvement:
oStay up to date with industry trends new Intune features and best practices.
oContinuously evaluate and improve endpoint management practices and processes.
Qualifications:
Experience:
oMinimum of 57 years of experience in Intune/Endpoint Management with a focus on enterpriselevel deployments and management.
oProven experience in leading Intune migration projects especially from Active Directory Hybrid Join to Entra ID Join.
oSolid understanding of Microsoft 365 suite Entra ID and related technologies.
Skills:
oStrong experience with MDM configuration policies compliance policies and app management.
oExpertise in managing and troubleshooting Intune and other endpoint management solutions.
oKnowledge of device management across a wide range of operating systems (Windows macOS iOS Android).
oStrong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
oAbility to develop clear actionable reports and strategies to senior leadership.
Certifications:
oMicrosoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or equivalent certifications are a plus.
oMicrosoft Certified: Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals is a plus.
Education:
oBachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
