- Outside Sales KitchenBath Remodeling Sales Experience with designers realtors general contractors and property managers is a big plus.
- 3 years of experience in sales within the kitchen and bath industry.
- Extensive network of contacts and key industry connections with realtors interior designers general contractors and multifamily builders and property managers.
- Proven track record of successfully developing key referral partners and new business with key accounts.
- Strong understanding of bath and kitchen remodeling and new installation services.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly motivated goaloriented and a strong closer.

Responsibilities:
- Identify develop and nurture relationships with key accounts: realtor designers general contractors property managers aginginhome facilities and multifamily builders in need of kitchen and bath remodeling and new installation services.
- Leverage existing key relationships and account connections to introduce and sell bath and kitchen remodeling and installation services.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key commercial accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs of $150k in sales per month.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain longterm client relationships.
