Registered Nurses Enrolled Nurses & Personal Care Workers Specialist Dementia Care Unit
Bene Aged Care is excited to launch a Specialist Dementia Care Unit (SDCU) St. Agnes made possible through a grant from the Commonwealth and the Department of Health and Aged Care. This newly designed 9bed unit will provide specialised personcentred care for individuals living with severe dementia and complex behaviours supported by a dedicated team of dementiatrained staff.

About the Role
We are seeking Registered Nurses Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers to join our team. In these roles you will:
- Deliver specialist dementia care with a personcentred approach
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide tailored support
- Ensure a high standard of clinical safety and holistic care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
About You
To be successful you will have:
- Minimum 12 months experience in dementia care particularly working with severe symptoms and challenging behaviours
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication skills to engage with residents families and colleagues
- A genuine commitment to personcentred care
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
- Applicants must have full working rights in Australia
