Finance Assistant/Sales Management Team Support

We are looking for the right people to help us provide a better and different experience for both our customers and employees.
We are seeking a Sales Managers Assistant with EXCELLENT customer service skills and a winning attitude. Hello Auto group is a new locally owned company in Southern California. We are looking for team players to assist us in changing the car buying experience. This role will be a bridge between Sales and Accounting teams to assist in a seamless process.
The ideal candidate should be able to multitask while keeping up with multiple schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Titling and Deal Processing
- Funding Delays
- Participating in customer satisfaction process
- Support Team Leads and Client Advisors by completing accurate documentation
- Assist the Business Office in managing the Lenders and Financing of the contracts
- Packaging
- Printing Forms for Sales Management Team
Requirements:
- Automotive BDC Sales Experience Preferred 36 months of previous professional experience with over the phone customer service or sales (Inside Sales Telemarketing etc. a PLUS! Must have the drive passion and confidence to be successful. A desire and ability to work in performance and process drive environment. Excellent customer satisfaction skills. Strong organizational and time management. Professional work ethic.

- Prior Automotive (BDC or Accounting or Office experience a plus)
- CDK/DMV Desk base knowledge (Preferred)
