What Youll Do
Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Lead comprehensive financial planning budgeting and forecasting to drive strategic decision-making
- Deliver critical financial insights through daily weekly monthly and quarterly reporting
- Develop forward-looking predictive models and activity-based analysis for business optimization
- Coordinate audit processes and manage external stakeholder relationships with regulators
Team Management & Operations
- Supervise and mentor the finance team while managing work allocation and performance evaluation
- Implement robust financial systems processes and control frameworks
- Ensure IFRS compliance and accurate financial reporting across all business units
- Drive month-end closing activities including balance sheet reconciliations and cost allocations
Treasury & Risk Management
- Manage organizational cash flow planning liquidity analysis and banking relationships
- Oversee accounts payable processes and payment approval frameworks
- Lead credit risk analysis and receivables management to optimize cash collection
- Support project funding initiatives and capital allocation decisions
Strategic Partnership
- Partner with the CFO on corporate performance management and strategic initiatives
- Provide financial expertise for business development and growth opportunities
- Lead tax planning pension management and regulatory compliance efforts
- Drive process improvements and innovative solutions monthly

Requirements
Who You Are
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with 2 years in supervisory roles
- Oil & gas industry experience essential
- Proven track record in financial management team leadership and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and integrity
What You Bring
- First degree from an accredited university
- ACA/ACCA/CFA qualification mandatory
- Extensive IFRS knowledge and financial reporting expertise
- SAP ERP experience highly advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
