In this role youll collaborate closely with our Commercial Banking teams building and nurturing sustainable relationships with key Equipment Finance customers within our Relationshipmanaged portfolio.

What do I need
To thrive as an Equipment Finance Manager youll needa background inbusiness development andcustomer service complemented by strong professional networks and outstanding communication skills. A solid foundation in Business Banking is desirable but not essential.
Youll stand out with your specialist expertise enthusiasm and optimistic outlook engaging customers and delivering exceptional experiences. You embrace the challenge of leveraging your superior communication and relationshipbuilding skills to drive positive outcomes.
Your background in needsbased selling equips you to understand customer requirements and ideally you bring knowledge of the solutions and opportunities that equipment finance products can provide.
