Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing data systems and business requirements supporting technical projects and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This role is perfect for candidates eager to learn and grow in the tech or data analysis field.
JOB DUTIES:
Technical Analysis & Support:
- Analyze technical requirements and provide solutions that address business needs.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide prompt resolution to minimize downtime.
- Ensure system performance reliability and scalability through regular monitoring and maintenance.
Solution Design & Development:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
- Lead the development testing and deployment of IT systems or software applications.
- Create technical documentation and user guides for developed solutions.
Project Management:
- Plan execute and manage IT projects ensuring delivery within scope budget and timeline.
- Coordinate with stakeholders vendors and internal teams for successful project completion.
System Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and implement enhancements.
- Research and recommend emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies standards and best practices
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 13 years of experience in a technical analyst or similar role..
- Minimum 2 year of programming languages PROS / Sales Incentive
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Configure maintain and optimize PROS pricing solutions or sales incentive platforms to drive business efficiency.
Minimum 2 years in support the development and administration of sales incentive plans commission structures and compensation models
WE VALUE:
- Relevant certifications (e.g. SQL Data Analytics ITIL) are a plus.
- Good understanding of database management systems and cloud technologies.
- Experience with system integrations APIs and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL Agile or other relevant methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical thinking and problemsolving ability.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
