You will lead a team of IS auditors to assess and strengthen the internal control environment of the Bank s technology and digital functions ensure compliance with regulatory standards and evaluate the effectiveness of IT general and application controls. This role is ideal for a resultsdriven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about digital risk IT governance and driving assurance in a technologyenabled banking space.
What You ll Be Doing
As the Team Lead Information System Audit
- You ll coordinate and oversee the activities of the IS Audit team to ensure the effectiveness of the bank s IT controls.
- You will conduct audits across various IT domains including cybersecurity infrastructure application systems digital banking platforms and data analytics.
- Youll play a key role in reviewing system governance investigating security incidents monitoring income leakages and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Your work will help protect the integrity confidentiality and availability of the bank s digital assets.
What We re Looking For
- We re looking for a detailoriented and highly inquisitive professional with 3 5 years of relevant IT audit experience.
- You must have a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field and hold certifications such as CISA CISM CRISC or CISSP.
- A strong grasp of IT governance frameworks (e.g. COBIT ISO 27001) familiarity with audit tools (e.g. ACL) and a solid understanding of FINACLE scripting and banking operations is essential.
- Leadership skills integrity and strong analytical abilities are also key to success in this role.
