Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Architect specializing in Residential and Commercial Design to join our team at Town And City Developers in Coimbatore. This fulltime position requires 7 to 10 years of professional experience in the field. The candidate will be responsible for driving architectural excellence and innovation in both residential and commercial design projects ensuring they align with our mission and values.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in architecture with a focus on residential and commercial design.
- Comprehensive understanding of building regulations and design codes especially for residential highrise buildings (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated expertise in problemsolving to create efficient and practical design solutions.
- Proficient in time management to efficiently handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality in both residential and commercial projects.
- Experience using REVIT software to produce detailed architectural designs and plans.
- Outstanding communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients contractors and internal teams (Mandatory skill).
- Proven track record in commercial design projects reflecting high standard and innovative approaches.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee architectural designs for residential and commercial projects in alignment with company goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers to achieve project objectives and meet client expectations.
- Coordinate with construction and project management teams to ensure designs are implemented as planned.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements providing professional advice and innovative solutions.
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building regulations and standards for quality and safety.
- Prepare and present design proposals reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends and technologies to incorporate them into projects effectively.
