Job Description
Skills & Experience
- 10 to 15 years of experience in the IT industry with at least 5 to 7 years in Enterprise Architecture
- 10 years of proven enterprise architecture and product lifecycle experience
- 7 years designing Cloud-Native solutions on Azure AWS or GCP; strong coding skills in React JavaScript/TypeScript
- 5 years of hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and Cloud-Native development
- 3 years of experience working with Autonomous agents orchestration frameworks or LLM-based toolchains
- 1 2 years of exposure to code generation LLMs such as Sonnet or Gemini (preferred but not mandatory)
- Agentic AI solutions designing and integrating autonomous AI agents that can plan reason and execute tasks across systems
- AI-assisted development using tools like GitHub Copilot; Low-code/no-code platforms such as
- A strong foundation in React for Front-end application development
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science / IT Data / AI or a related field
Job/Role Description
- Architect scalable Cloud-Native solutions on GCP aligned with enterprise goals
- Lead the adoption of agentic AI frameworks to automate workflows and enhance developer productivity
- Integrate low-code/no-code platforms into enterprise architecture for rapid prototyping and delivery
- Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot across engineering teams
- Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences
- Ensure architectural compliance with security scalability and performance standards
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture and product lifecycle management
- Strong coding background with React JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines DevOps and cloud-native development
- Experience with autonomous agents workflow orchestration or LLM-based toolchains
- Experience working in a product team and Agile practices; Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Code Gen LLMs would be nice to have like Sonnet or Gemini
- Communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders; Communication approach: verbal emails and instant messages
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members
- Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to receiving feedback on your own code
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking; Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps
- Provides regular updates proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities
Secondary Skills
- 10 years of proven communication and leadership across cross-functional teams
- 5 years of experience in Agile product team environments and collaborating with design product and engineering teams
