You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Business Analyst. You have found the right team

As a Business Analyst within the Client Onboarding team you will be tasked with the development and maintenance of strategic workflow program deliverables. Your role will involve ensuring that project deliverables meet the agreed business requirements. You will be expected to merge your understanding of business needs with your knowledge of system construction and usage to create functional designs across various applications. Your responsibilities will include managing the implementation and adoption of new KYC Standards collaborating with KYC Operations Users and Senior managers to ensure crossplatform workflow functional design consistency and partnering with KYC Operations Business Users and Process Reengineering teams to align processes with system functionality. You will also conduct interviews to gather customer requirements using various methods ensure timely completion of story writing and requirements gathering milestones and translate business requirements into comprehensive valueadded solutions. Additionally you will be responsible for maintaining a consistent JIRA backlog and enhancing the requirements gathering model to facilitate smooth system adoption by KYC Operations.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage requirements elaboration milestones for implementation and adoption of new KYC Standards
  • Collaborate with KYC Operations Users and Senior managers across LOBs and work streams to ensure consistency for crossplatform workflow functional design
  • Partner with KYC Operations Business Users and Process Reengineering teams to ensure alignment of processes to the system functionality
  • Conduct interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops questionnaires surveys workflow storyboards use cases scenarios and other methods
  • Ensure timely completion of requirements gathering milestones and story writing
  • Effectively translate business requirements into valueadded comprehensive solutions that will feed into test plans using appropriate processes procedures and technology
  • Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is to developers / project team
  • Ensure JIRA backlog is consistently being built allowing to fill at least a sprint worth of capacity at any given time
  • Maintain/enhance requirements gathering model that enables smooth adoption of the system by KYC Operations. Strong engagement at all levels of the crossfunctional stakeholder team and technology team
  • Align system design to operating model Timely escalation and resolution of impediments
  • Manage the implementation of new functionality through training sessions demos that will contribute to training material development

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • 6 years experience in a business analysis role program and/or project management in the banking/ financial industry
  • Advanced Business Process Modelling and analysis techniques including production of Use Case Models detailed Use Cases Activity Diagrams State Diagrams and Logical design Models
  • Experience on global / multisite projects including facilitation of workshops with remote participants and rationalization of regional requirements
  • Software Development methodologies especially Agile
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel Word Visio Powerpoint etc.Have an open attitude towards sharing ideas and knowledge
  • A proactive approach to problem solving taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through
  • Excellent listening written and verbal communication skills including facilitation presentation and production of documentation appropriate to an audience
  • The ability to shift perspective from high level Big Picture to lowlevel detail
  • Ability to multitask work under tight deadlines and quickly adjust to changing priorities
  • Present and absorb complex ideas quickly and accurately
  • The ability to work within a large team work independently as well as part of a team and work as selfconfident and authoritative manner
