Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change based on needs of the business.
1. Monitor identify research compile and report daily operational data related to specialized transactions functions work volume productivity finance and quality issues.
2. Complete full evaluation of enhancement projects to include efficiency effectiveness and cost benefit analysis
3. Recommend and/or implement process and system improvements to mitigate risks and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of department operations.
4. Perform routine system-related tasks including testing and work to reconcile moderate to complex or multiple systems programs or process issues escalate issues as appropriate.
5. Assure detailed procedural manuals are maintained coordinate and participate in change management as a result of system or procedural implementations.
6. Maintain sound knowledge of and strict adherence to corporate regulatory and audit guidelines including documentation as required.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

1. College degree or equivalent education and related training.
2. Exhibit knowledge in the departmental functions
3. Ability to work in an area governed by production standards and work under pressure to meet critical deadlines with the capability to prioritize and manage time effectively in order to meet those deadlines.
4. Strong analytical problem identification and resolution skills.
5. May require knowledge of specific areas of banking regulation.
6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products including working knowledge of spreadsheets and planning tools
7. Above average communication time management and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in business technology or other related field
2. Operations experience in retail or deposits disciplines
