Our Finance team manages and balances complex budgets across our global business. Multiple regions multiple categories and covering all aspects of the finance cycle.
About the role
Based in Paris you will report to the EMEA Finance Director and lead the France market finance team ensuring market growth and profitability. As part of the local leadership team you will work closely with Regional Execs driving strategy overseeing P&L performance and managing the balance sheet and working capital. You will lead the local finance team partnering with sales across all channels and collaborating with the cluster team to optimize costs forecasting and performance insights. Talent development across EMEA is also a key focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to drive commercial strategy across all channels.
- Own P&L performance identifying risks/opportunities and developing mitigation plans.
- Provide a clear performance narrative across sellout sellin trade stock P&L and working capital.
- Foster collaboration with cluster regional and group finance teams to improve processes.
- Develop and coach the finance team to enhance capability and career growth.
- Build financial capability across the market through training and support.
About you
- 10 years of experience including leadership roles in market finance.
- Strong understanding of the electrical retail and ecommerce industries.
- Actionoriented with resilience and strategic vision able to dive into details.
- Energetic engaging and capable of inspiring in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communicator influencer and decisionmaker.
- Commercially minded with strong financial and contract management skills.
- Proven leadership in managing and developing highperforming teams.
- Assertive yet adaptable thriving in change and ambiguity.
