Job Description

Our expertise is in Commissioning & Qualification Validation Quality Systems Regulatory Affairs Engineering and Project Management.
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Data Scientistin Toronto ON (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Create workflows and automated data pipelines for extracting cleansing and loading both discrete and realtime data.
- Manage and configure Dataiku including database connections user permissions workflows and data sharing. Optimize ETL processes handle system maintenance (updates/backups) and implement new features. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Create and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports focusing on embedded analytics data storytelling and direct integration with Dataiku Power BI and Teams.
- Apply best practices for process optimization automation and workflow enhancement using Python and scripting tools.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering specializing in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or Mathematics.Preferred: Masters in Biotechnology Bioinformatics Computer Science or Engineering.
- 35 years expertise in Dataiku (v12 preferred) with workflow design and optimization skills andPython SQL and R for data analysisand experience in pharma healthcare or biotech domains.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Snowflake) and database technologies (ETL OLAP data lakes) andMicrosoft products (SharePoint Power Apps Teams).
- Advanced Power BI development and data visualization (portfolio preferred) with Green Belt Lean Scrum or project management certification as a plus.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools Git and working in Agile environments and knowledge of machine learning and AI.
