Job Summary
We are recruiting a proactive and technically skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist (Sales Specialist) to support our business development and client engagement efforts across Kaduna State. You will play a key role in promoting diagnostic equipment and services to healthcare providers and institutions.
The role requires a clinical background exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify pitch and close deals with healthcare facilities in Kaduna.
Provide detailed product demonstrations and scientific explanations to prospective clients.
Build and nurture strong client networks and ensure excellent after-sales support.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Conduct training sessions and provide technical assistance to clients.
Report market insights and contribute to regional business strategy.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
Active MLSCN license.
2 4 years experience in laboratory practice.
Minimum 1 2 years of sales or client-facing experience in medical devices/diagnostics.
Good organizational and analytical skills.
Familiarity with digital tools and CRM software.
Readiness to travel within Kaduna and its environs.
